Do you store my document?Not in ShareSafe Free. The one-file flow is separate from Workspace storage, and the uploaded document is not kept as a stored file after the run.
Can anyone at ShareSafe read my file?The Free flow processes the file automatically. It is not opened manually as part of the normal processing flow.
Do I need an account?No. ShareSafe Free works without an account. Workspace is for storage, teams, sharing, policies and integrations.
Anonymise or pseudonymise?Pseudonymise when you may need the original values again. Choose anonymise when ShareSafe should keep no recovery mapping back to them.
Where is my file processed?Managed processing takes place within the EU.
What if I lose the Identity Key?The placeholders from that run cannot be restored with ShareSafe. We do not keep a backup copy of the key in the Free flow.
